To require the state police to design a plan for rapidly disseminating useful information to radio and television stations in the event a law enforcement agency confirms that a child has been abducted, is in danger of death or serious bodily harm, and has sufficient descriptive information concerning the child and the abductor so that getting the information out will help locate them. See House Bill 6445.
