To prohibit pretrial bond and postrial bail for a person convicted of aggravated stalking, unless a court determines the person does not pose a threat to others. The bill was amended to also increase from $30 to $135 per month the maximum parole or probation supervision fee collected from an offender. The fee depends on the income of the parolee or probationer, and would range from zero to $135.
