To require the training provided by the state for local election officials before general elections to include training on precinct inspectors conducting regular balancing checks at least once every hour in each precinct on election day to confirm that the total number of ballots issued matches the number tabulated. This is part of a Republican election integrity package comprised of Senate Bills 273 to 311.
