Ban firing employees for using own personal protective equipment

To prohibit an employer from taking an “adverse employment action” against an employee who uses their own personal protective equipment if it’s is as good or better than what is provided during the declared coronavirus epidemic emergency, or who advocates in the workplace that the employer provide better, or who takes or is involved in legal action against the employer.
