Create government committees to lobby for more construction regulations

To create “advisory committees” within the state Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs for trades subject to the state construction code including building, plumbing, electrical and mechanical. These would be comprised of political appointees representing various construction interests, unions, social welfare activists, specified government officials and others. The mission of these committees would be to explore potential new regulations and lobby for them.
