To require a state mobile home commission to negotiate a new comprehensive mobile home park regulatory regime, new restrictions and mandates on owners and more with industry, local government, “residential groups” and third parties including “consumer advocates and legal aid groups,” with their product having to meet detailed requirements outlined in the bill. The bill would also increase license fees.
