Revise unemployment insurance detail in domestic violence situations

To exempt domestic violence victims from a disqualification on receiving unemployment insurance benefits that applies to individuals who leave a job voluntarily and without good cause. The employer’s unemployment insurance assessment account would not be charged for this.
