To amend the state’s medical marijuana law to incorporate the ban proposed by House Bills 4501 and 4502 to ban carrying, using or having a firearm “in possession or control” if a person has a tetrahydrocannabinol content of two nanograms or more per milliliter of blood. Because this law was placed on the ballot by a citizen initiative, amending it requires a three-fourth vote in the House and Senate.
