Ban selling minors electronic nicotine delivery systems

To prohibit selling to minors electronic nicotine delivery systems or any oral device that provides vapor nicotine subject civil fines of up to $2,500; require electronic nicotine delivery systems to be sold in child-proof containers; impose point-of-purchasers on retailers; and more. The bill would also list e-cigarettes alongside “tobacco products” in state laws and regulations, which potentially subjects these to other state restrictions, taxes, public place smoking bans and more.
