To make it a crime punishable by up to four years in prison to use an unmanned aircraft (drone) in a manner that interferes with the operations of a “<a href="http://www.legislature.mi.gov/(S(5ihac5vdhb3sabiqcv4mk5g3))/mileg.aspx?page=getObject&objectName=mcl-750-552c">key facility</a>,” the definition of which contains things like refineries, chemical plants, storage tanks, electricity generators, etc.
