Require charter schools pay into school pension system

To require charter schools to contribute to the cost of paying down $29.1 billion in unfunded liabilities accumulated by the state-run school pension system, even though their employees get no benefits from this system. This is part of a Democratic teacher incentives package comprised of Senate Bills 764 to 782.
