Exempt certain sportsmen club property from property tax

To exempt from property tax the property owned by nonprofit sportsmen clubs that meet criteria specified in the bill. This includes having as their primary purpose the mission of educating the public in conservation; in hunting, fishing, archery, or shooting sports and firearms safety; and making the property available to charitable organizations or governmental entities for uses consistent with its mission.
