To revise ballot language details of so called “enhancement millage” property tax increases levied by intermediate school districts. The bill would let the ballot language refer to school districts within the ISD jurisdiction collectively as “public schools” rather than having to name each one.

To change the proposed enhancement millage ballot language requirement from stating the money would go to "public schools," and instead say it would go to “eligible public schools, eligible charter schools, and eligible cyber schools”.
