Revise disclosures to crime victims

To require the director of a hospital or facility where a defendant found not guilty by reason of insanity has been admitted by court order to notify the victim of a pending leave, absence, furlough, or other release if the victim has requested this in writing. Also, to notify victims 30 days before an offender is released from jail or prison, if the victim has requested this.
