Revise prescription drug reporting regime details

To revise details of a law that requires doctors and pharmacists to report to the state all schedule 2, 3, 4, and 5 controlled substances that they prescribe and dispense, using an electronic reporting system. The bill would change references to a commission the state consults when promulgating rules under this law, and repeal the sunset on sharing information collected with health insurers or medical welfare systems.
