To require that medical marijuana transported in a vehicle must be in a sealed container labeled with the name of the producer and the individual for which the drug was obtained, the weight and more. Also, to make it a crime punishable by up to 93 days in jail for a person to smoke medical marijuana in a vehicle even as a passenger.
