2016 House Bill 5561

Revise rental housing inspection regulation

Introduced in the House

April 14, 2016

Introduced by Rep. Joseph Graves (R-51)

To revise rental housing inspection intervals, tenant permission details and more. Among other things the bill would allow local governments to require multi-unit apartment inspections every four years.
