Prohibit mandating licensed doctors also be “board certified”

To prohibit insurance companies from requiring a physician to hold one of the various professional association “board certifications” as a condition for paying or reimbursing a patient treatment claim, unless this is specifically required for licensure. Also, to prohibit hospitals from requiring this as a condition of granting “admitting privileges”.
