To revise details of the termination of parental rights of a parent subject to a child support order who hasn’t complied for two years or more, and hasn't had any contact with the children. The bill would authorize procedures for terminating the non-responsive parent's parental in cases the other parent gets married or remarried and his or her spouse wants to adopt the child.
