Require detailed school performance data online

To require the Department of Education to post information individual public school performance that includes: student proficiency and learning gains in reading and mathematics based on state test results; teacher/student ratios; how much of the school’s budget goes to instruction versus administration; the number of third graders who haven’t learned how to read; the number of high school students taking at least one course for college credit; the average ACT college entrance exam score of 11th graders; and the high school graduation rate. Schools could choose to include some other specified metrics that make them look good, if they have evidence to back it up.
