Introduced by Rep. John Kivela (D-109)

To impose a five-year “stop sale alert” on individuals convicted of the crime proposed by House Bill 4767 of attempting to persuade a person to purchase ephedrine or pseudoephedrine while knowing that it will be used to manufacture methamphetamine (called “smurfing”).
