Limit no-fault divorce

To limit the grounds for divorce if there are children to a narrow list of complaints specified in the bill, including adultery, abandonment for one year or more, domestic violence, sexual abuse, long term imprisonment, two years of consensual separation, or 18 months of separation if under a previous court judgment.
