The Senate version of the Department of state Judiciary budget for the fiscal year that begins Oct. 1, 2013. This would appropriate $273.7 million in gross spending, the same as the current year. Of this, $5.3 million is federal money, and the rest comes from state and local taxes, fees, fines, etc.
