Revoke parental rights upon rape conviction

To prohibit granting custody or “parenting time” in child custody disputes if a parent has committed a sexual offense that places him or her on the state sex offender registry, of if that parent shares a household with someone else on the registry. There would be some exceptions, but the burden of proof would be on the parent convicted of the sex crimes.
