Expand scope of child abuse reporting mandate

To expand the law that requires health care professionals, social workers, teachers, clergy and other officials and to report suspected child abuse, so that it also requires reporting by all school employees, and by any individual who holds themselves out to be clergy. The bill would also expand the definition of serious child sexual abuse to include abuses committed by these additional classes of individual.
