Transfer or sell certain state land

To transfer the former Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad right in Grand Traverse County from the state to the Traverse City school district, and if they don’t want some or all of it, sell the remainder at fair market value, or else turn it over to a “land bank fast track authority.” Also, to transfer the buildings known as “Pinehaven buildings 31 and 32” in Otsego County to North Country Community Mental Health Authority to a local government, subject to the same conditions.
