The executive recommendation for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2010-2011 Judiciary budget. This would appropriate $258.8 million in gross spending, compared to $258.7 million, which was the FY 2009-2010 amount enrolled in 2009. Of this, $152.7 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2009-2010 amount of $153.1 million. $89.9 million is from state “restricted” funds, and $5.3 million is federal money.
