The executive recommendation for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2009-2010 Judiciary budget. This would appropriate $262.0 million in gross spending, compared to $262.8 million, which was the FY 2008-2009 amount enrolled in 2008. Of this, $158.7 million will come from the general fund (funded by actual state tax revenues), compared to the FY 2008-2009 amount of $159.3 million. $88.6 million is from "restricted funds," or earmarked state tax and fee revenue, and $5.1 million is federal revenue.
