Reduce “renewable energy” utility mandate cost disclosure

To revise the law that mandated utilities to acquire a portion of their energy from “renewable” sources, and allows the to charge customers more to pay for it, by allowing a municipal electric utility to disclose the extra charges to customers just once a year, rather than in each monthly bill.
