Establish part time legislature and cap salaries

To place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment to cap legislators’ annual salaries at $40,000, and replace the current full time legislature with a part time legislature that would meet from Feb. 1 until the end of May 15 each year, unless recalled for “extraordinary sessions,” limited to seven days each, with just two of these allowed in odd years and one in even years (election years).
