Revise agricultural land preservation tax breaks for alternative energy

To revise the law that authorizes property tax breaks for an owner of agricultural property who promises to retain the land for agricultural use or as undeveloped open space land. The bill would also authorize the tax breaks if the land has alternative energy devices installed on it.
