Ban certain substances in children’s products

To require the Departments of Community Health and Environment Quality to submit a report to the legislature every two years on which substances they have determined meet the definition of potentially harmful chemicals contained in children’s products proposed by House Bill 4764. House Bill 4763 would give DHS the power to ban the sale of products containing these substances.
