Ban certain substances in children’s products

To give the Departments of Community Health and Environment Quality the authority to participate in a multi-state clearinghouse to promote safer alternatives to potentially harmful chemicals contained in children’s products. The bill is part of a children’s product regulation package comprised of House Bills 4763 to 4769.
