Revise DNA database rules

To revise the law that requires state law enforcement agencies to destroy DNA samples taken from individuals who are arrested but not convicted (with some exceptions). The bill would establish that a conviction based on a DNA sample that was erroneously obtained or retained would not be reversible on that basis.
