Earmark some sales tax revenue to road work

To place before voters in the 2010 general election a Constitutional amendment to increase the amount of sales tax revenue that goes to local governments, and earmark 10 percent of this to road construction and maintenance. The resolution would increase the local government earmark from 15 percent to 17 percent of sales tax levied at the 4 percent rate.
