Revise nursing home abuse reporting law

To revise the law that requires a nursing home employee who becomes aware of patient mistreatment, abuse, or neglect to report it to a nursing home administrator or nursing director. The bill would allow a nursing home employee to report mistreatment directly to the Department of Community Health.
