Establish penalties for releasing exotic animal

To authorize criminal penalties ranging from 90 days to four years in prison and fines from $300 to $5,000 for releasing or allowing the release of an exotic animal into the wild, intentionally or otherwise, or abandoning an exotic animal. “Exotic animal” is defined as one that is not native to this state.
