To revise the “<a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2005-HB-5047">21st Century Jobs Fund</a>” business subsidy program to require the Michigan Strategic Fund board to manage its university technology transfer aspect “with a specific focus on technologies that will accelerate and solidify the bioeconomy,” including “bundling” inventions from individual universities into “packages of interest to private sector firms,” and expanding “business formation efforts in university transfer offices”.
