To revise the “<a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2002-HB-5993">special tool lien law</a>” that clarifies who has ownership rights in tools, dies, jigs, gauges, gauging fixtures, special machinery, cutting tools, or metal castings manufactured by a special tool builder, to establish that an “end user” (the person who uses a tool in the manufacturing process) would not only have a lien on the tool, but also on interest and attorney expense related to a dispute.
