Establish graduated post-retirement health benefit for governor

To establish a graduated or graded post-retirement health insurance benefit system for the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Attorney General, Auditor General, Constitutional Court Administrator, Supreme Court justices, and judges of the Court of Appeals. The state would pay 30 percent of the post-retirement insurance premium once the person has spent four years in office, and another six percent for each additional year as a public official, until a maximum of 90 percent of the health insurance premium cost would be covered.
