Create “Great Lakes State Park”

To create a segregated state fund, the money in which would be used for management of the underwater “state park” that under Senate Bill 428 would comprise the bottoms of the Great Lakes within the state’s boundaries. Money in the fund could be used to promote tourism, pay for the intentional sinking of vessels as diving destinations, for law enforcement, and other purposes specified in the bill.
