To authorize the seizure and sale of a <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2006-HB-5747">human trafficking law</a> violator’s assets, with the proceeds going to law enforcement agencies. The bill is part of a package comprised of House Bills 4914 to 4918, which also would make human trafficking a racketeering crime and expand the definitions of what the crime includes.
