Mandate contraceptives in employer health plans

To prohibit an employer who offers a comprehensive health care insurance fringe benefit from excluding prescription contraceptive drugs and services from the coverage. This would not apply in the case of a “religious employer,” meaning a church or faith-based nonprofit charity.
