To require the Michigan Strategic Fund to give gas stations $2,000 subsidies to install pumps that dispense 85 percent ethanol motor fuel ("E-85") and 5 percent biodiesel fuel, and subsidies of up to $20,000 per facility to construct a compatible fuel delivery system.
