2005 Senate Bill 323

Prohibit employment for less than specified wage

To establish that an employer who discharges, threatens, or otherwise discriminates against an employee who files a complaint that the employer has paid a wage that is less than the minimum amount allowed by the state is guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to 90 days in jail and a $100 fine.
