To expand the <a href="http://www.michiganvotes.org/2003-HB-5173">law</a> that authorizes penalties of up to 15 years in prison for a traffic violation that injures or causes death to a worker in a road construction zone, so that the penalty would also apply to a violation that injures or causes death to any person in a road construction zone.
