Residency requirement for university board members

To require the removal of an appointed member of the board of a state university if the person is no longer a registered voter in Michigan, and require at least one appointed member of each college board to be a resident of the city, village, or township where the institution is located. The bill applies to all state universities except for the University of Michigan, Michigan State, and Wayne State.
