To allow an identity theft victim to apply to the county prosecuting attorney or the Attorney General for a standardized certificate stating that he or she was the victim of identity theft; authorize these officials to issue such a certificate; and provide for the revocation of a certificate. The bill is part of an identity theft package comprised of Senate Bills 792 to 798.
