Revise Macomb-Oakland Regional Center conveyance

To revise the terms of a conveyance of certain state property in Macomb County to the Macomb-Oakland Regional Center. The bill would prohibit the Center from selling the property for at least one year, and require that the state get half of any potential profit if the Center sells the property after one year.
