To allow a municipality to tear down a vacant or boarded school building on which no significant attempt at rehabilitation has been made for 36 months or more, and which has become an attractive nuisance to children because of its physical condition. If the school district does not pay for the demolition, the municipality could sue for reimbursement of the demolition costs plus actual attorney fees.
